In this role, you will oversee our parcel operations, ensuring efficient logistics and fulfillment processes for our high-growth ecommerce and DTC brands. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage our cutting-edge technology and global fulfillment network to provide unparalleled service to our merchants.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize parcel operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize our AI-powered platform to monitor inventory and order fulfillment in real-time.
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers across the US, Canada, Mexico, the U.K., and Mainland Europe.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain transparent pricing models and ensure no hidden fees for our merchants.
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance our proprietary systems and processes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our logistics solutions through research and innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or ecommerce.
• Strong understanding of parcel logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in using technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
