Remote Manager of End User Computing - Microsoft 365 Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Manager of End User Computing to lead our global strategy and optimization of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is perfect for a collaborative leader who is passionate about creating a secure, automated, and seamless digital workplace. As a Remote Manager of End User Computing, you will work closely with various teams including SecOps, HR, and BRM to drive zero-touch automation across the entire employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers to deliver high-performing identity and endpoint services.
• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and associated collaboration tools.
• Collaborate with SecOps to implement Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and Defender integration.
• Design and deploy end-to-end employee lifecycle automations integrated with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) for seamless onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee operations for Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) while managing Apple Mac environments via Jamf.
• Lead the strategy and delivery of virtual desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365) to support a flexible global workforce.
• Drive license optimization, patch compliance, and consistent hardware/software configurations across Windows and macOS.
• Define and track KPIs/SLAs while acting as a high-level technical escalation point for complex incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, specifically in end user computing.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and VDI solutions.
• Experience with Mac management tools such as Jamf.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security frameworks.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., M365 Certified).
