What You'll Do

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and contract negotiations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including B2B agreements and corporate contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices.
• Support the organization in regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Advise on HR operations, including policies and procedures related to employment law.
• Engage in problem-solving to address legal issues and mitigate risks effectively.
• Participate in organizational development and change management efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in legal documentation and processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with HRIS administration and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of finance transformation and business analysis.
