Remote Japan Marketing Manager - Web3 & Crypto Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Japan Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Manta Network, powered by p0x labs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the Japanese market. As a key player in our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with global marketing, product business development, and community teams to enhance brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster ecosystem growth. This position is ideal for someone who possesses a deep understanding of both Web3.0 and the unique characteristics of the Japanese market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the Japan market that align with local objectives.
• Analyze local market trends, competitors, and user behavior within the Web3.0 space.
• Identify growth opportunities in decentralized finance (DeFi), Web3 applications, and decentralized social platforms.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring localization of global brand messaging for Japanese audiences.
• Track campaign performance and conduct ROI analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
• Build and promote the growth of the Japanese Web3.0 community through platforms like Telegram, X, and Discord.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), media, and partners within Japan’s crypto ecosystem.
• Support local events, meetups, conferences, and hackathons to enhance community engagement.
• Lead the Japanese content strategy across social media, blogs, PR, and newsletters, ensuring high-quality communication in both Japanese and English.

Requirements

• 1+ years of marketing experience in Japan, preferably with local or international companies.
• Experience in the Web3.0, crypto, or blockchain industry is essential.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Demonstrated experience in community building and KOL cooperation.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in areas such as DeFi, GameFi, or decentralized social platforms.
• Familiarity with Japan’s crypto regulations and market environment.
