Remote Insurance Contract Manager - LCB-FT Focus

About the Role

Join Abeille Assurances as a Remote Insurance Contract Manager focusing on LCB-FT. You will be part of a growing team dedicated to serving over 3 million clients in various insurance segments. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and managing client relationships effectively.

What You'll Do

• Analyze alerts using AFTERDATA and GNS tools to identify clients needing further investigation.
• Engage with clients and partners to enhance client knowledge and understand the economic justification of their operations.
• Collaborate with other departments within the Customer Services Division to provide insights and explanations.
• Manage capital redemption requests and formalize risk analyses for client relationships.
• Update and improve procedures and training materials.
• Contribute to activity reporting and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate management of insurance premium collections and their accounting follow-up.

Requirements

• Higher education (Bac +2/+4) with 5-7 years of experience in life insurance contract management.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Experience in client relationship management.
