Remote Information Assurance Analyst - Cybersecurity Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Information Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and compliance of our information systems. You will work remotely, collaborating with a diverse team to assess risks and implement effective security measures.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments of information systems to ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-53 and RMF standards.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and policies that align with federal standards.
• Utilize tools such as EMASS for security assessments and authorization processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance on endpoint management and Microsoft 365 security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding of security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in information assurance or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of NIST CSF and IL5 compliance requirements.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
• Experience with security documentation and policy development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SQL and data governance practices.
• Experience in healthcare delivery systems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in cybersecurity.
