About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team at Denali Health. As a key player in our remote-first People Operations, you will ensure our greatest asset—our people—are supported and engaged, whether they are working in Atlanta or London.

What You'll Do

• Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting for both clinical and administrative roles, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.
• Onboarding & Employee Experience: Create a seamless remote onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are set up for success from Day 1.
• Culture Building: Organize virtual team-building events to maintain high engagement across our distributed workforce.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Assist with employment contracts and benefits administration for both US employees and international contractors.
• HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR queries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience working in a remote team and proficiency with tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Healthcare or Clinical Research.
• Familiarity with hiring platforms for international contractors.
