  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Excel and Tableau.
  • Experience with HR systems such as SAP and Workday.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making in HR.
