Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical claims processing and ICD-9 coding.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
