About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Frontend Product Engineer to join our innovative team at Mento. In this role, you'll craft the user experience of our AI-powered coaching platform, building beautiful, intuitive interfaces that make AI coaching feel natural and accessible. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our platform, helping them track their development and take action on coaching insights.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-focused user interfaces for coaching interactions, including chat experiences and personalized dashboards.
• Build maintainable and reusable components using React, Redux Toolkit, and Material-UI.
• Collaborate closely with design and coaching teams to translate coaching concepts into compelling product features.
• Own the frontend architecture and component library, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Think deeply about how to present AI outputs in trustworthy and actionable ways.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on building user interfaces.
• Proficiency in React, Redux Toolkit, and Material-UI.
• Experience in designing intuitive user experiences, particularly in AI-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

Nice to Have
