As a Remote Field Interviewer, you’ll play a vital role in capturing the voices that help shape public policy and services across the UK. This position involves conducting interviews in people's homes using a tablet, engaging with the community to gather valuable insights. You will be responsible for handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude, working independently and flexibly. What You'll Do

• Conduct interviews with various community members to gather qualitative data.
• Utilize a tablet to record responses and manage data efficiently.
• Engage with participants to encourage open and honest communication.
• Handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive demeanor throughout interactions.
• Work independently, managing your schedule to meet the required 20 hours per week.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations, including completing a DBS check.
• Maintain a reliable broadband internet connection for remote work.
• Be available to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Comfortable with basic technology and data collection tools.
• Strong resilience and excellent people skills.
• Confidence in handling difficult conversations with participants.
• Ability to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week.
