Remote ERP Systems Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist
About the Role
We're hiring a Remote ERP Systems Manager to lead our ERP initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role, you will be the strategic owner of our ERP system, ensuring its alignment with our business objectives and driving impactful results.
What You'll Do
- Manage Business Central as the primary business system with a forward-looking enhancement roadmap.
- Align ERP development with data engineering and AI initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinate structured release cycles, sprint planning, and change management.
- Prioritize and manage requirement backlog and solution design.
- Oversee daily system operations, performance, and availability.
- Configure users, permissions, security roles, and system modules.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.
- Manage relationships with Microsoft partners and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate QA processes including regression testing and validation.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards, preferably using Power BI.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of financial and operational processes.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-prem or cloud).
- Experience with development lifecycle management, including sprint planning and release management.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL queries, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
