What You'll Do

- Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, scientists, engineers, and product teams to build data pipelines using Airflow and Python.
- Experiment and test hypotheses, translating insights into action to drive product innovation.
- Develop and automate reporting of key performance indicators for Kraken’s products.
- Deliver insights that shape growth direction through clear, data-driven storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and management within the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience trading derivatives is required.
- Expert SQL skills, including complex joins and analytical functions.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as pandas and matplotlib.
- Experience with dbt for modeling and organizing data.
- Strong understanding of data workflow orchestration.
- Ability to create intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data ideas.
