About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Python and machine learning concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR analytics or performance management.
  • Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Familiarity with data mesh concepts.
