  • Make administrative changes to system configurations via the user interface as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and escalate tickets when necessary.
  • Work closely with both local and geographically dispersed team members to maintain a high level of service.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support within the software industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres or MySQL is a plus.
  • Ability to describe technical content in a user-friendly manner.
  • Curiosity, diligence, and organizational skills to interpret customer needs effectively.
