About the Role

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
