About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dedicated team at GoGuardian. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers achieve maximum value from our innovative K-12 education solutions. As a Remote Customer Success Manager, your focus will be on retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts, providing exceptional support and customer success management.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey with GoGuardian's platform.
- Collaborate with New Business Managers to develop Strategic Growth Plans for customer accounts.
- Monitor customer health proactively to mitigate churn risks and ensure satisfaction.
- Support customers in achieving their goals through our solutions, driving renewals, expansions, and cross-sells.
- Provide best-in-class support and customer success management to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success management, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in developing customer success strategies and driving customer engagement.
- Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to improve service delivery.

- Experience working in K-12 education or with educational institutions.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
