What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our most strategic customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Circle Plus.
  • Provide high-touch support and partnership to customers launching fully branded mobile apps alongside their communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and feedback effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and insights to improve our services continuously.
  • Help scale our customer success initiatives as Circle Plus grows rapidly.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing async communication.
  • Familiarity with community management platforms or SaaS products is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
