About the Role
We’re hiring a Remote Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team at BRUNT. In this role, you will engage directly with our customers, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations exceeded. Our mission is to redefine the workwear category, and as a part of this team, you will play a crucial role in creating lasting relationships with our customers.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, aiming to complete an average of 10 calls per hour.
- Build fanatical relationships with customers to enhance their experience with our products.
- Meet or exceed department SLAs of 90% Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT).
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Track daily time and attendance accurately as this position is classified as non-exempt hourly.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
