Remote Coupa Pay Customer Success Manager - Join a Leading Tech Company
About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Coupa Pay Customer Success Manager to join our innovative team at Coupa Software, Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our customers maximize their investment in Coupa Pay. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our clients' success.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strong technical understanding of Coupa products and demonstrate how they meet customer business needs.
- Create and manage adoption strategy plans with large, strategic customers, ensuring all teams are engaged in executing the strategy.
- Help customers establish success goals linked to their business objectives for Coupa Pay growth and adoption.
- Engage customers in strategic conversations about their long-term business needs and best practices.
- Analyze and report on customers’ overall Pay opportunities for virtual cards, bank transfers, and working capital solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with customers, Coupa Pay partners, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Provide Coupa platform demonstrations and training to customers.
- Occasionally meet customers in person to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in payments or systems applications, either in Finance or Procurement organizations or with consulting firms.
- Deep domain expertise in Payments and/or Procurement systems.
- Strong client management skills with a proven ability to execute plans for successful go-live and adoption.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus, especially with Coupa BSM and other financial software.
- Previous sales or consulting experience with applications like Coupa, Tipalti, Nvoicepay, and others is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in configuring and delivering software demonstrations is preferred.
