About the Role

Nimble Gravity is looking for a Remote Copilot & Power Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise automation and AI-enabled solutions for our clients. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a client-facing consulting capacity where you'll own the technical architecture end-to-end: from discovery and stakeholder workshops through build, governance, and deployment. As a Remote Copilot & Power Platform Architect, you'll architect Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions that integrate seamlessly into Microsoft 365 environments—while ensuring the governance, security, and ALM practices needed to scale.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions across Power Apps (Canvas + Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages, selecting the right tools based on business goals and platform constraints.
  • Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents embedded into real workflows, leveraging patterns such as RAG, prompt orchestration, grounding, and tool calling when appropriate.
  • Define scalable integration patterns that enhance the functionality and usability of Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, AI specialists, and delivery leads who share a bias toward shipping high-quality work that creates real value.
  • Engage in approximately 80% client delivery, with opportunities to shape internal standards (10%) and support pre-sales solutioning (10%).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in architecture and delivery of Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 environments and Copilot Studio.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly in consulting.
  • Ability to define and implement governance and security practices in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder workshops and presentations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and automation technologies beyond Power Platform.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible hours.
  • Opportunities for professional development and certifications.
  • Collaborative team culture focused on innovation and quality.
  • Health benefits and wellness programs.
