What You'll Do

• Lead and manage timber construction projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of timber construction methods and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in digital project management tools and MS Office.
• Bilingual in German and English is required.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility for projects.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modular construction techniques.
• Familiarity with UI design tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
