About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Compliance Analyst to join our team, focusing on risk, audit, and monitoring. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. As a Remote Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with various departments to assess risks and implement effective monitoring strategies.

• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs to identify potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and compliance status for management review.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business, or healthcare.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

• Certification in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefits management industry.
• Familiarity with NIST, HITRUST, and cybersecurity frameworks.
