Remote Collection Specialist - Accounts Receivable Management

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections from clients. As a Remote Collection Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to resolve billing issues, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee the collection process for outstanding accounts.
• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess accounts and identify collection strategies.
• Document all communications and maintain accurate records in our systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve collection processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and electronic communication tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with medical billing and HCPC coding is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Artiva HCX or similar collections software.
• Background in customer service or call center environments.
