About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remote Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and energy storage systems. As a Remote Civil/Geotechnical/Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of experts to conduct design reviews, perform constructability analysis, and ensure compliance with building codes.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis and design for civil, geotechnical, and structural projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project specifications and requirements.
  • Perform seismic analysis and soil-structure interaction assessments.
  • Lead design reviews and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
  • Engage in environmental investigations and slope stability analyses.
  • Utilize design software to create accurate engineering models and simulations.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management.

Nice to Have
