About the Role
RYZ Labs is hiring a Remote Caregiver for Elderly Support to provide essential services to patients in their homes. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for elderly clients by offering support and companionship. What You'll Do
- Provide “hands-off” care, including encouraging socialization and mild exercise programs.
- Assist clients with medication compliance through timely reminders.
- Supervise the safety of clients during bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Help with grocery shopping and perform light housekeeping chores.
- Arrive on time at the client’s home and ensure all duties are performed accurately and timely.
- Safeguard clients by observing appropriate infection control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- One year of experience as a Companion Care Provider is preferred.
- Ability to carry out tasks professionally and adhere to policies regarding professionalism.
- Demonstrate a compassionate nature and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
- Computer proficiency is necessary for documentation and communication.

- Experience in elderly care or similar fields.
- Certification in caregiving or related areas.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
