About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Business Operations Manager to join Unlock Technologies, Inc. In this role, you will drive operational effectiveness and enhance customer experience across our Operations organization. As a Remote Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with Operations leadership, particularly in Sales and Fulfillment, to identify high-impact challenges and design data-driven solutions. This position is essential for scaling our innovative financial solutions that empower homeowners to utilize their home equity without the burden of traditional loans.

What You'll Do

  • Lead operational initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer experience and operational workflows.
  • Support the Operations leadership in strategic planning and execution of business objectives.

Requirements
