About the Role

We're looking for a talented Remote Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Analytics Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our data analytics capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement data models and pipelines to support analytics initiatives.
  • Utilize SQL, DBT, and Python for data transformation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to provide customer insights and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools like Metabase.
  • Ensure data quality and governance through effective API design and management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Metabase.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Databricks and data engineering practices.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management.
