What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct financial statement analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to support organizational goals.
• Implement and manage expense management strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Facilitate month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Utilize Epicor ERP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GAAP, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Epicor ERP.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of payroll processing and cash management.
• Familiarity with financial statement reconciliation.
