About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant to join our remote team at Zapier. As an Accountant - Accounts Payable, you will play a crucial role in supporting procure-to-pay operations, managing vendor data and onboarding, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to process improvements across the P2P function while working in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the Accounting Manager in overseeing vendor lifecycle management.
• Strengthen accounting processes and drive operational excellence within the Accounts Payable team.
• Manage vendor data and ensure accurate onboarding processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the procure-to-pay operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in financial reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of automation tools and processes.
