About the Role

Join Calibrate as a Remote Accountability Coach and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals struggling with weight management. As a Remote Accountability Coach, you will provide personalized support and guidance to our members, helping them achieve their health goals through a comprehensive approach that emphasizes accountability and sustainable lifestyle changes.

What You'll Do

• Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey.
• Engage, support, and motivate members through their journey, focusing on improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health.
• Help members set and achieve incremental goals as they progress through the Calibrate program.
• Celebrate members' successes and address challenges, holding them accountable for building sustainable, healthy habits.
• Perform administrative tasks and resolve member inquiries to ensure an outstanding member experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a coach or in a similar role, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals towards achieving their health and wellness goals.
• Experience in lifestyle intervention programs or health coaching is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• Certification in health coaching or related fields.
• Experience with digital health platforms or telehealth services.
• Knowledge of behavioral change theories and practices.
