What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they realize the full value of ABBYY's IDP solutions.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, driving both retention (GRR) and growth (New ARR) through renewals and thoughtful expansion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to manage multiple accounts and initiatives.
  • Ensure disciplined planning and execution of account strategies.
  • Understand customer needs and strategically align our solutions to their business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or AI sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in driving customer retention and growth.
  • Understanding of AI solutions and their impact on business processes.
