What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they realize the full value of ABBYY's IDP solutions.
- Nurture strong relationships with clients, driving both retention (GRR) and growth (New ARR) through renewals and thoughtful expansion.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to manage multiple accounts and initiatives.
- Ensure disciplined planning and execution of account strategies.
- Understand customer needs and strategically align our solutions to their business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or AI sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in driving customer retention and growth.
- Understanding of AI solutions and their impact on business processes.
