About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Qualio. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. This Remote Account Executive position offers you the opportunity to work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with a talented team across North America, Europe, and Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and increase company growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage a high volume pipeline efficiently.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and maintain visibility on revenue performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and optimize the sales process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and competitive landscape to position Qualio effectively.
  • Educate customers on how Qualio can help them succeed, ensuring a consultative approach to selling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a closing sales role.
  • Proven success in selling to C-Level executives and strategic stakeholders in the MidMarket space.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and applying insights to improve sales strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional sales tools beyond Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality management systems.
  • Previous experience in a fully remote work environment.
