About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Account Executive Advisor to join our innovative team at Pathward, N.A. As a remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of creating financial inclusion for all. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that relationships meet corporate standards for risk, profitability, and financial controls.

What You'll Do

  • Manage your assigned portfolio through a thorough understanding of each client’s financial condition, management performance, and industry trends, taking timely action to minimize client losses.
  • Ensure compliance with loan policies and approved structures for all advances and loans.
  • Achieve individual profit objectives by ensuring each client arrangement contributes positively to overhead and profit.
  • Document all client relationships to maintain required legal documentation.
  • Resolve issues related to factoring and asset-based lending services, control operational costs, and minimize client loss to competitors.
  • Propose changes in policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in factoring and asset-based lending.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and industry trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets and objectives.

Nice to Have
