Registered Nurse (RN) - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Nuclear Care Partners. This is a unique opportunity to provide in-home nursing care to individuals affected by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. This Registered Nurse (RN) remote position allows you to work in a supportive, nurse-led environment that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient support.
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of South Carolina.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Who Will Succeed Here
