As a Registered Nurse - ICU Virtual Care SME, you will leverage your clinical expertise to enhance virtual care workshops, ensuring high-quality patient support and care management. What You'll Do

• Lead virtual care workshops focused on ICU best practices and patient management.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
• Provide expert guidance on clinical content writing and patient care strategies.
• Support triage and intake coordination for virtual patients.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance telehealth practices.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license with ICU experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual setting.
• Experience in telehealth and virtual patient care.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR systems and patient support technologies.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in critical care or similar environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in pediatric care or emergency departments.
• Familiarity with speech language pathology and occupational therapy.
• Knowledge of chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and cardiovascular technology.
