About the Role

What You'll Do
- Support Locus Robotics' strategic go-to-market strategies and tactics within the DACH region.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact regional marketing campaigns.
- Leverage global campaigns and content to generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Create marketing assets for sales enablement to accelerate the buyer’s journey.
- Analyze marketing tactics to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
- Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related fields in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of leading marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM/sales enablement tools.
- Proficient in English and native German communication skills.
- Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry is a plus.
