What You'll Do

  • Support Locus Robotics' strategic go-to-market strategies and tactics within the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact regional marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage global campaigns and content to generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Create marketing assets for sales enablement to accelerate the buyer’s journey.
  • Analyze marketing tactics to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or related fields in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM/sales enablement tools.
  • Proficient in English and native German communication skills.
  • Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry is a plus.
