Regional Manager - Remote Opportunity in Property Management

About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Manager - Remote to join our team at Vidalta Residential. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the living experience for our residents. As a Regional Manager - Remote, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, driving performance and fostering a culture of high standards and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Strategically oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of 6-9 properties.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor onsite leadership teams, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies for each property.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and onsite teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in property management, with a focus on regional supervision.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
