Regional Institutional Manager - Stablecoins Focus (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Institutional Manager to join Anchorage Digital, focusing on stablecoins and driving growth in the Middle East. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with leading financial institutions and contribute to the evolving digital asset ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Originate and develop high-value client relationships with financial institutions in the digital asset space.
- Drive revenue growth by monetizing Anchorage Digital’s products and services, particularly in stablecoins.
- Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using our CRM system to provide visibility and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and drive new initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury clients, understanding their strategic priorities and pain points.
- Structure and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements that align with client needs.
- Participate in industry events to enhance Anchorage Digital’s reputation and network with potential clients.
- Provide insights and market intelligence to inform product development and business strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
- Strong technical knowledge of stablecoins and banking, with a passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s value proposition effectively.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and preferably in regional languages.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic circumstances.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with banks and financial institutions is a plus.
