About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our team at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. This Recruiter remote position plays a crucial role in sourcing candidates at all levels, partnering with local and national organizations, and enhancing our brand recognition. You will ensure the recruitment of a viable workforce for our hotel, focusing on management, salaried, technical, executive, and various hourly positions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in various roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
