About the Role

Join Canal+ Group as a Project Management Officer (PMO) in this exciting remote opportunity! As a PMO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing strategic projects within the Global PayTV division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering exceptional results. What You'll Do

  • Lead the construction and consolidation of the strategic project portfolio, focusing on digital, data, and user experience initiatives.
  • Implement effective tracking tools including planning, budgeting, and KPIs to monitor performance and engagement.
  • Prepare and facilitate business roadmap review committees with the Executive Committee of Global PayTV.
  • Provide regular visibility on the roadmap to various Business Units, leveraging a network of project ambassadors.
  • Ensure compliance of deliverables with quality and regulatory standards, including GDPR and business requirements.
  • Identify risks associated with system integration and optimize resource allocation based on business priorities.
  • Propose action plans in response to evolving priorities and capitalize on project feedback to enhance roadmap predictability.
  • Train teams on collaborative tools and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Mastery of project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of digital environments, data, and OTT platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on data visualization and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.
  • A degree in project management, digital, engineering, or business (Bac+5).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in PMO or project management within the media, digital, or telecom sectors.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of performance indicators and reporting standards.
