About the Role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Officer - Engineering Focus (Hybrid Remote) to join our team at Ausgrid. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning and executing maintenance, breakdowns, and construction on Ausgrid’s Distribution network. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with a team of Engineers, Engineering Officers, and Project Delivery Officers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Conduct desktop analysis, site visits, and discussions with Field Supervisors to prepare Network Access Requests and Job Packs.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Provide quality job documentation to field teams to ensure safe operations.
  • Monitor costs and financial impacts across various work activities and projects.

Requirements

  • Electrical trade qualification or an Advanced Diploma in an electrical or relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in the energy industry with a strong focus on safety.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in various software applications.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, or supervising work activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve routine issues during project delivery.
  • Experience in monitoring project costs and financial impacts.
