Production Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our global team at Monks. This Production Designer role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the design of digital assets and content for one of the world's most recognizable brands. As a Production Designer, you will specialize in creating static visuals for various channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure pixel-perfect designs that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various ad formats and languages.
• Take charge of small tasks independently and manage larger projects with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
• Maintain organized files, layers, and folders to streamline the design process.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of experience as a Production Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Sketch or Figma is a plus.
• Strong skills in silhouetting and retouching images.
• Ability to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
