About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner - Remote to join our dynamic team in the healthcare SaaS industry. In this role, you will lead product development initiatives, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and align with our strategic goals. As a Product Owner - Remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize the backlog, and deliver high-quality products that enhance healthcare communication.

What You'll Do

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product strategy.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and product roadmapping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and EMR is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO management.
  • Background in fintech or payments is a plus.
