What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements for the Donor Portal.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into actionable user stories.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Utilize A/B testing and cohort analysis to optimize product performance.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Conduct user experience research to inform product decisions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate communication across teams.
• Advocate for the needs of clients and users to ensure product success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with user story writing and backlog management.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the nonprofit sector.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with test automation and quality tooling development.
