About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Raintree Systems. This is a remote position that allows you to work from designated states in the U.S. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of therapy technology, making a significant impact on our products and the lives of our users.

What You'll Do

  • Support product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development across core products and new innovations.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand roadmap priorities and customer needs, translating them into market-ready narratives.
  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) plans for launches and enhancements, including defining target audiences, key messages, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas and insights to inform content and campaigns.
  • Create and update sales enablement materials such as pitch decks and competitive battlecards.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Gather market intelligence and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Support product webinars and events for prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a motivated attitude and the ability to execute independently.
  • Experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and GTM execution.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including segmentation and positioning.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing and collaboration tools such as CRM and project management software.
