Product Manager - AI x Web3 Security

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager - AI x Web3 Security to join our innovative team at Nethermind. In this role, you will lead the development of AI-driven security products that enhance the security of Web3 protocols and developer platforms. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and execution of our cutting-edge products, including AuditAgent and AgentArena. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and blockchain technology, helping to shape the future of security in the decentralized world.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision and roadmap for AuditAgent and AgentArena, ensuring alignment with user needs and market demands.
• Conduct product discovery by engaging with protocol teams, security auditors, and developers to gather insights and define product positioning.
• Ship features that enhance trust and utility in security workflows, improving developer experiences in vulnerability detection.
• Define evaluation metrics and establish feedback loops to continuously improve product quality and user satisfaction.
• Develop monetization strategies and go-to-market plans in collaboration with the business development team.
• Write clear product requirements and coordinate with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent, with a focus on developer-facing software (B2B SaaS).
• Strong understanding of Ethereum smart contracts and security principles.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and translate complex concepts into actionable product features.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating product documentation and specifications.
• Familiarity with AI products and methodologies, including evaluation and quality measurement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with smart contract auditing tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of multi-agent systems and building two-sided platforms.
• Background in security triage and report standardization.
