Product Manager - AI Incubator Team (Remote)

Join ablefy as a Product Manager in our AI Incubator Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our creator tools. This remote Product Manager position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of our products, ensuring that we meet our commercial goals while leveraging cutting-edge AI technology.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the daily, end-to-end delivery process of product features, ensuring quality and timely releases.
• Actively explore and integrate AI tools and automation into our product offerings and internal workflows.
• Conduct user research and interviews to gather insights that will inform product requirements.
• Define success metrics and use analytics to drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on high-impact goals.
• Own the Go-to-Market cycle, working closely with leadership to launch successful products that meet business KPIs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation, with a passion for leveraging these technologies in product development.
• Proven ability to conduct effective customer conversations and translate insights into actionable product solutions.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and a strong data fluency to guide product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and full fluency in German (C1/C2) for customer interactions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building or shipping AI/ML-powered features.
• Background in FinTech, E-commerce, or platform products.
• Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
