Product Management Lead - Monetization Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Management Lead to join our innovative team at Mayflower. As a Product Management Lead focused on monetization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of live entertainment. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading the charge in enhancing our payment offers and driving product success.

What You'll Do

• Build and own the strategic product roadmap for payment offers, taking product concepts from ideation through validation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Define and measure product and monetization success, using data and analytics to inform priorities and evaluate impact.
• Champion best practices for financial data management, analytics, and user experience within the payment offers.
• Lead constant analysis and optimization of purchase flows for different customer segments, leveraging personalization and localization to improve revenue.
• Operate with an agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation to prototype, test and optimize our product offering effectiveness across different cohorts.
• Clearly articulate product strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and informed decision-making.
• Work closely with the Payment Operations and Fraud teams to identify business opportunities and deliver them in a secure and compliant way.
• Utilize your experience with ML/AI-enabled products to enhance our offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a track record of deliverables ideally within Finance or Monetization parts of consumer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of unit economy, pricing models, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and multi-currency workflows.
• Ability to build strong relationships, influence without authority, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Thoughtful context shifting to utilize a balanced blend of technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset and empathy.
• Mandatory data usage practices to inform priorities and evaluate the impact of initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ML/AI-enabled products.
