What You'll Do
- Set and deliver the product strategy for detecting, deterring, and preventing test malpractice within our assessment products.
- Build a roadmap for critical security capabilities, including AI-enabled fraud detection and response analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and legal to deliver high-impact features.
- Translate emerging threats and business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.
- Lead product discovery to validate the impact and feasibility of solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver secure and high-performing features such as anomaly detection models.
- Define and track product success metrics, including security efficacy and user impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving risks in the assessment landscape.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management or related fields such as trust & safety or risk technology.
- Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional products.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic clarity.
- Confidence in engaging with data and emerging technologies like machine learning.
- Experience in high-integrity environments such as assessments or fintech is advantageous.

- Experience in global or culturally diverse environments.
- Background in test security or fraud detection.
- Familiarity with psychometrics or assessment processes.
